Inventory Control clerk will be responsible for counting and balancing inventory daily, in our refrigerated warehouse. You must be very detail oriented, have great communication skills, and proficient with numbers. Supporting sales, invoicing, and warehouse departments with varying product allocation discrepancies.All Team Members are expected to:
- Follow Food Safety, Safety, & Attendance Policies and Procedures.
- Which includes our Allergen, Organic, Iced Products & their policies as a top priority.
Hours: 9am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday; every other Saturday (similar working hours)
Your typical day:
- Use RF Scan Gun and computer system (WMS)
- Count and balance inventory daily
- Assist warehouse employees and invoicing office with “missing” product
- Identify inventory that has missing lot tags
- Investigate shortage / overage claims
- Work in both office space and warehouse (50/50)
What you need to succeed:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish), preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent, required
- Strong data entry skills, required
- Self-sufficient/self-starter
- Excellent math and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Forklift experience, preferred
- Able to withstand cold temperatures for prolonged periods of time
- Strong time management skills
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize
